Job Description
As a Lead Quality Engineer here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in leading and managing the quality engineering function within the company. You will be responsible for ensuring that all products and processes meet the highest quality standards and regulatory requirements. Lead Quality Engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives, enhance product quality, and achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Provide strategic direction and leadership to the quality engineering function

Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of quality engineering projects

Collaborate with cross functional teams and stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and achieve business objectives

Ensure adherence to quality standards, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations

Manage and optimize quality engineering resources, budgets, and timelines

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness

YOU MUST HAVE

Bachelor’s (or Masters) degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline.

Minimum 10 years of experience in quality engineering or related roles

Strong leadership and team management skills

Dutch and English language skills, vocal and written

Preferably Oil & Gas sector / working field experience

Experience with quality management systems and processes

Proven track record of successful project execution and delivery competences
