Als thuisbehandelaar ben jij onderdeel van het multidisciplinair behandelteam, je helpt mee de behandeling die binnen de poli jeugd plaatsvindt thuis handen en voeten te geven. Denk hierbij bijvoorbeeld aan een theraplaybehandeling die ook thuis ondersteund wordt.
Je zal in het bijzonder te maken krijgen met gezinnen met jonge kinderen bij wie trauma- en hechtingsproblemen spelen. Dankzij jouw inzet werkt de cliënt en zijn systeem aan het verminderen van en leren omgaan met zijn psychiatrische problemen.
