Gemiva in Delft zoekt een assistent-begeleider voor Woonlocatie Smaragd. Je werkt mee aan een warme, stabiele omgeving voor cliënten met lichamelijke beperkingen of NAH. Je verzorgt lichte huishoudelijke taken en ondersteunt bewoners bij dagelijkse activiteiten.
Je hebt bij voorkeur een mbo-2 diploma in zorg of wilt een interne opleiding volgen. Beschikbaarheid voor dag- en avonddiensten is gewenst en je werkt in een hecht team in Delft.
