Je schakelt tussen observeren, begeleiden, behandelen en coördineren en stemt dagelijks de zorg af met psychiaters, artsen, verpleegkundig specialisten en collega’s. Er is ruimte voor professionele ontwikkeling, waaronder doorgroei naar EVV.
