Als functioneel beheerder HR ben je verantwoordelijk voor het beheer en de doorontwikkeling van HR applicaties, met Youforce als belangrijkste HR applicatie.
De nadruk ligt op het vertalen van gebruikerswensen naar systeemoplossingen en het oplossen van verstoringen, soms in samenwerking met de leverancier.
Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor gebruikers, proces- en applicatie-eigenaren en andere stakeholders.
Vereisten- Ruime ervaring met functioneel beheer van HR applicaties, bij voorkeur met Youforce
- Zelfstandig kunnen functioneren
