TOPdesk is an international software company specializing in service management, with more than 800 employees in 8 countries and 5,000 customers worldwide. For our office in Kaiserslautern, Delft, or Budapest, we are looking for a UX Designer.
- Responsibility for the entire design process from initial discovery to final delivery.
- Identification of research needs and transformation of insights into intuitive, accessible, and inclusive user experiences.
- Creation of wireframes, mockups, user flows, and prototypes using the most appropriate tools and methods.
- Facilitation of collaborative ideation and problem-solving with teammates and stakeholders.
- Ensuring of consistency and efficiency through the use of the design system, including the proposal of improvements or new components when needed.
- Validation and refinement of designs through feedback gathering, usability testing, and data analysis.
- Delivery of clear communication and comprehensive handover documentation for seamless developer implementation.
- Close collaboration with Product Managers, Engineers, and other stakeholders to shape user-centered solutions and drive product outcomes.
- Contribution to raising UX maturity and improving design processes across the organization.
- Continuous monitoring of emerging trends, tools, and best practices within the UX field.
At TOPdesk’s headquarters in Delft, Kaiserslautern or Budapest. As a UX Designer, you’ll join a multidisciplinary product development team, collaborating closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and other Designers. You’ll work in an environment that values creativity, user-centric thinking, and teamwork, with colleagues based in the Netherlands, Germany, and Hungary. You will report to a UX Manager and regularly engage with the Design System team and other stakeholders.
Areyou our new UX Designer?
- You have 5+ years of professional experience in UX design (medior/senior capacity).
- You have a bachelor’s degree or vocational qualification in design, HCI, or a related field.
- You are skilled at creating wireframes, prototypes, and design documentation using tools such as Figma.
- You have experience working with or contributing to design systems.
- You can validate designs through research, usability testing, and feedback.
- You bring strong collaboration and communication skills, helping you work effectively with engineers, product managers, and other designers.
- You are proficient in English, ensuring clear communication across teams.
- You are passionate about accessibility, inclusivity, and solving complex design challenges.
- You have a proactive mindset and a drive for continuous improvement.
