Social Media Marketing Intern

What you'll do:

• Plan and ship a weekly content calendar across Linked In, Instagram, X, Tik Tok and You Tube.
• Write social posts and captions in Arkintel's voice: sharp, sovereign, opinionated, never marketing-mush.
• Capture photo and video at talks, keynotes, customer site visits and around the studio in Delft.
• Edit short-form video (Reels, Shorts, Tik Tok) and longer-form keynote highlights for You Tube.
• Track what works (impressions, follower growth, qualified inbound) and iterate the calendar accordingly.
• Co-own one or two campaigns end-to-end — from brief to publish to retrospective.

• A student or recent grad in marketing, communications, design, journalism or something tangential. We care about the work, not the degree.
• You actually use the platforms you'd be posting on, and you have opinions about what's good.
• You can write in English that sounds like a person, not a brand voice generator.
• Comfortable with a camera, basic photo / video editing (Cap Cut, Premiere, Lightroom, Figma).
• Self-directed; you don't need a brief for every post.
• Bonus:
  Dutch language skills, since a lot of our customers and partners are Dutch.

• Hands-on ownership of Arkintel's social channels: planning, copy, capture and publish.
• Work alongside the team on real talks, demos and customer visits.
• Reference or recommendation and study credit where your programme requires it.
• Tools and a desk in Delft; travel to events when we're there together.
