- Battery‑free systems
- Hold a PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or a closely related field. Interdisciplinary backgrounds are very welcome.
- Show creativity and enthusiasm to push beyond the current state of the art. A strong publication record from your PhD is valued, and we also appreciate diverse forms of research contributions.
- Bring relevant expertise to pursue the proposed research topic. We value new perspectives, even if your previous experience is in a different but related field.
- Be motivated to publish high‑quality scientific results and contribute to the advancement of the research community.
- Be interested in working in an international research environment and enjoy mentoring BSc, MSc, and PhD students in their academic and professional development.
- Be able to work independently while actively contributing to a collaborative, respectful, and inclusive research environment in which team members support each other’s growth.
- Duration of contract: 2 years; temporary external finance
- Full‑time position: 38 hours per week
- Salary and benefits in accordance with the Collective Labour Agreement for Dutch Universities
