Delft is seeking a Post-Doctoral Researcher in Computational Geomechanics to develop advanced numerical models for gas migration in clay-based materials. Applicants should have a PhD in computational geomechanics or a related field, and have an interest in uncertainty quantification.
The role involves developing upscaled models, applying deep learning techniques, and including uncertainty quantification. The duration of the contract is one year with the possibility for extension and offers a full-time position with excellent benefits and an above-average pension scheme.
