PhD Position in Broadband Semiconductor Photodetectors for Spectropolarimetric Imaging at TU Delft seeks a highly motivated researcher to design, fabricate and characterise detector structures for space-based Earth observation. You will translate system requirements into detector specs and develop CMOS-compatible fabrication routes, test spectral responsivity, dark current and crosstalk.
You will join the Electronic Instrumentation group of the Department of Microelectronics, supervised by Prof.
