Prodeba in Delft zoekt een gepassioneerde woonbegeleider voor jongvolwassenen met GGZ-problematiek. In deze rol ondersteun je bewoners in hun zoektocht naar zelfstandigheid, verzorg je dagelijkse verslaglegging en werk je samen met collega's aan een veilig pedagogisch klimaat. Je dient minimaal een MBO niveau 4 diploma in maatschappelijk werk te hebben en beschikbaarheid voor onregelmatige diensten is vereist. Wij bieden een salaris tussen €2.702,25 en €3.826,48, vakantiegeld, en een opleidingsbudget.
