GGZ-Delfland is op zoek naar een HBO-verpleegkundige die als zorgprofessional de regie neemt in het herstelproces van cliënten. Je werkt met de Active Recovery Triade (ART) methodiek en bent verantwoordelijk voor het opstellen van behandelplannen, het begeleiden van collega's en het analyseren van complexe problematiek. Je creëert een veilige leefomgeving, stimuleert zelfredzaamheid en autonomie van cliënten, en draagt bij aan herstelgerichte zorg binnen een teamgerichte context.
