Prodeba zoekt een senior gezinscoach die gezinnen ondersteunt bij complexe opvoedings- en ontwikkelingsvraagstukken. Je coördineert het zorgtraject en werkt in een multidisciplinair team van gezinscoaches en GZ-psychologen, met als doel een goed functionerend en zelfredzaam gezin.
Je hebt een HBO/WO-diploma en minimaal vijf jaar ervaring met systemische begeleiding, SKJ-registratie en rijbewijs. 32 uur per week, met aantrekkelijke arbeidsvoorwaarden en ontwikkelingsmogelijkheden bij Prodeba.
