Delftzicht in Delft zoekt een Begeleider Gehandicaptenzorg voor 24–32 uur per week. Je begeleidt bewoners bij zelfstandig wonen, stimuleert eigen regie en ondersteunt in dagelijkse situaties, kookt regelmatig mee en werkt in een hecht team.
Je doet dit met Active Support, BOL en Vergroot je Wereld en levert structuur en rust waar nodig. Een afwisselende baan in een kleinschalige woonlocatie met aandacht voor ontwikkeling.
