Gemiva in Delft zoekt een betrokken begeleider voor bewoners met een lichamelijke beperking en NAH. Je biedt dagelijkse begeleiding, ADL-hulp en verzorging, en werkt samen met bewoners aan een zinvolle dagbesteding.
Je maakt deel uit van een warm team, krijgt een inwerkprogramma en trainingen. De aanstelling is voor bepaalde tijd met uitzicht op vast, met onregelmatigheidstoeslag en goede pensioenregeling.
