DevOps Engineer

Job Overview

As a Dev Ops Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering modern, secure software for Dev On’s key clients. High performance engineering is the Dev On way, and our engineers deliver their services at a fast rate, ensuring the highest quality. Your work will influence software development and developers, and you will play a key role in breaking silos. You will understand the why, how, and what of Dev Ops and act as a trusted partner and advisor to your colleagues.

• Formulating strong opinions on how to best implement Dev Ops on the technical side and which considerations should be made when choosing tools.
• Building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines in cloud (Azure/AWS) environments.
• Automating and building container systems with CI/CD tooling.
• Building and configuring Kubernetes infrastructure.
• Implementing deployments and rollbacks of applications.
• Monitoring and optimizing container workload deployments for customers.
• Automating operational tasks and supporting the transition to a service ownership model.
• Collaborating with various teams to simplify and improve software lifecycle processes.

• Experience in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with cloud environments, ideally Azure.
• Experience with containers (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with test automation.
• Programming experience with Python, .NET, or Java.
• Full fluency in Dutch.
