This role is based in our production site in Delft, Netherlands and will start on a temporary basis (one‑year contract) with the intention for a fixed term.

• Coordinate and track shipments with carriers and internal teams.
• Prepare export documentation (packing lists, certificates, customs documents).
• Monitor deliveries and proactively resolve issues or delays.
• Identify and resolve shipping‑related problems or discrepancies to minimize delays and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Support stakeholders with freight pricing and shipment updates.
• Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations.
• Drive process improvements and optimize logistics operations.

• High school diploma or equivalent;
  Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is a plus.
• Familiarity with ERP systems.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
• Problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities with a proactive approach to resolving shipping‑related issues.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Proficient in using shipping software, inventory management systems, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong knowledge of shipping and freight forwarding processes, including domestic and international shipping regulations.
• Good and mature communication skills in Dutch and English, verbally and written.
