Zorgplein Noord zoekt een enthousiaste groepsbegeleider voor onze woonlocatie in Delfzijl. De functie omvat 24-32 uur per week en vereist een zorggerelateerd diploma met MBO werk- en denkniveau 4 of een HBO-propedeuse.
Je begeleidt jongeren en jongvolwassenen bij het dagelijks leven en draagt bij aan een veilige, beschermde woonsituatie. Je hebt sterke sociale vaardigheden, goede mondelinge en schriftelijke communicatie en zult groepsactiviteiten plannen en uitvoeren.
