We at  True Reckoner Advisory Services  are hiring a  full-time, on-site US Accounts Executive  to join our office-based team!

Location:

Rohini Sector-3, New Delhi (On-site, Office-based)

Shift:  US Shift (Night Shift)
⏳  Job Type:  Full-time, In-office

What You’ll Do:

Work on  day-to-day accounting & financial tasks  to support US clients.
Use  Quick Books, Xero, App Folio, and other US accounting software  for bookkeeping and financial reporting.
Prepare  bank reconciliations, AR/AP reports, and monthly closings .
Work with  Excel  to analyze data and generate financial reports.
Handle  client communications, vendor reconciliations, and compliance support .
Collaborate effectively with team members and clients to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely processes.
Assist in  budgeting, forecasting, and MIS reporting  as required.

What We’re Looking For:

✅ Minimum Graduate-level qualification
✅ Knowledge of Accounting & Finance principles
✅ Familiarity with  Quick Books, Xero, App Folio (preferred)
✅ Strong communication & interpersonal skills
✅ Proficiency in  MS Excel
