We’re looking for detail-oriented and proactive professionals to join our Internal Audit Team at Café Coffee Day.
In this role, you’ll support audits across outlets and corporate functions, ensuring financial accuracy, process compliance, and operational excellence.
Key
Responsibilities & Requirements:
* Conduct internal audits of outlets, regional offices, warehouses, and head office functions.
* Verify stock, cash, and sales transactions against company records for accuracy.
* Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and statutory requirements.
* Identify process gaps, control weaknesses, and suggest improvements.
* Assist in preparing audit reports and follow-up actions.
* Coordinate with store managers, regional teams, and finance departments for audit operations.
* Maintain confidentiality and integrity of audit data.
* Strong analytical and numerical ability with basic accounting knowledge.
* Good communication, interpersonal skills, and attention to detail.
* Willingness to travel frequently to different outlets/locations.
* Fluency in Hindi and English is mandatory.
