The Head of Administration (Global) is responsible for leading and standardizing administrative functions across all regions, ensuring efficient, compliant, and cost-effective support to business operations. The role oversees facilities, corporate services, office administration, travel, fleet, and administrative governance, while enabling a consistent employee and stakeholder experience worldwide.
Key Responsibilities
Global Administrative Strategy & Governance
Develop and implement a global administrative strategy aligned with organizational objectives
Establish administrative policies, standards, and service levels across all regions
Drive standardization, shared services, and operational efficiency
Corporate & Office Administration
Oversee global office operations, facilities management, and workplace services
Manage corporate services including travel, accommodation, fleet, visas, and business support services
Ensure administrative readiness for new offices, expansions, and relocations
Facilities & Asset Management
Oversee facilities planning, maintenance, leases, and space optimization
Manage administrative assets, vendor contracts, and service providers
Ensure workplace safety, security, and business continuity in coordination with relevant teams
Cost Control & Vendor Management
Manage global administrative budgets and cost optimization initiatives
Lead vendor sourcing, contract negotiations, and performance management
Ensure value for money while maintaining service quality
Compliance, Risk & Controls
Ensure compliance with local regulations, labor laws, health & safety, and corporate governance standards
Support audits and risk assessments related to administrative functions
Implement internal controls and documentation for administrative processes
Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with HR, Finance, IT, Legal, Procurement, and Operations teams
Support executive leadership and regional management with high-quality administrative services
Act as a central point of coordination for global administrative matters
Digital Enablement & Process Improvement
Drive digitization and automation of administrative processes
Implement and manage administrative systems, dashboards, and reporting
Continuously improve service delivery using data and best practices
Required Qualifications
13+ years of experience in administration, corporate services, or operations
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (Master’s preferred)
Proven experience managing global or multi-regional administrative functions
Strong experience in facilities management, corporate services, and vendor management
Demonstrated ability to operate in complex, regulated, and multicultural environments

As a leader in this space, we deliver world- class Airport Services focused on Airports and their related domains enabled through Technology Solutions, IT Operations, and Digital services. We provide end-to-end IT Concession at airports through which we have built significant experience in this sector over the past few years.
We have a strong and stable client portfolio which we aim to leverage and grow the Services portfolio and Services Business. This includes but is not limited to IT Managed Services and a couple of Services/Products. We are building digital and transformation capabilities to complement the IT Managed service to create value for our customers. The current leadership of the company has both domestic and global experience in building and running high performance Digital First, Service organizations and over 20+ years in the ITES sector.
As we embark on taking WAISL to the next level and we focus on - larger revenue, a larger customer base (Growth Engine), enhanced portfolio (Managed Services, New Digital Services/Products, Airport Services Platform etc.) and building a strong Digital Team backed by a strong Engineering DNA of the Organization (People, System Engineering). Current revenues are $50 million, largely secured by long-term contracts.
Vision is to scale it up to $500 Mn in the next 5 years with a client portfolio of both domestic and global airports and related adjacencies.
