Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Fashion Designer, located in Mumbai. The Senior Fashion Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing, creating, and developing innovative and stylish designs for the brand's women's denim line and other categories. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research to identify trends, selecting fabrics and materials, working with the embroidery and fitting departments, and collaborating closely with the production team to oversee the realization of designs.

The role also involves ensuring designs align with the brand’s philosophy and meet the diverse needs of its target audience.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Fashion Design and Textiles, with an ability to innovate and adapt to market trends
Strong expertise in Embroidery and Fitting to ensure impeccable design details and garment fit
Knowledge of fashion industry practices with a focus on denim and women's apparel
Excellent creative and collaborative skills to work with cross-functional teams
Ability to conceptualize, sketch, and present design ideas effectively
Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or a related field
Experience in supervising production processes and maintaining design integrity
