The  International Institute of Health Management Research (IIHMR Delhi) , a premier institution in healthcare management and research, is looking to strengthen its visibility and outreach across digital and offline platforms.
We are seeking a Graphic Designer who can create  engaging, impactful, and brand-aligned content  for social media and other communication for IIHMR Delhi. The ideal candidate should bring creativity and attention to detail to develop visuals that reflect the institute's identity and values.
Knowledge in  video editing  including shorts, reels, and long-form digital content will be considered a strong advantage.

Objectives of the Assignment
To design high-quality visuals for IIHMR Delhi's official social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Linked In, X/Twitter, You Tube).
To support brand communication by creating engaging graphics, motion visuals, and short-form videos.
Work on marketing collateral to produce on-demand graphic and videos as per internal requirements.
To ensure consistency in branding across all digital and offline platforms.

Scope of Work /

Key Responsibilities
1.
Graphic Design:
Designing social media posts, event creatives, infographics, brochures, posters, and other digital content.
Developing branding templates for recurring campaigns/events.

2.
Video Editing:
Editing short videos, reels, and event highlight films for social media.
Adding animations, captions, transitions, and sound effects to enhance engagement.
Creating short promotional teasers, alumni testimonials, faculty messages, and campus stories.

3.
Social Media Collaterals:
Designing stories, GIFs, motion graphics, and reels aligned with social trends.
Repurposing long-form videos (lectures, events) into short, engaging clips.

4.

Collaboration:

Working closely with the Communications & Media Team to translate content ideas into impactful visuals.
Coordinating with faculty, students, and event teams for capturing and producing content.

5. Required

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or related field.
Proven experience (2–3 years preferred) in graphic design and video editing for social media.
Proficiency in software:
Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Corel Draw Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, Canva (optional),
Strong understanding of digital trends, reels, and short-form content aesthetics.
Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.
Creative storytelling skills with an eye for detail.
