About the Role:

We are looking for a Course Audio Editor / Audio Engineer to handle audio post-production for Indian Farmer courses.
This role focuses on improving audio clarity, removing noise, balancing voice levels, and ensuring the final audio output is clean and easy to listen to across full course modules and lessons.
This is a project-based role suited for someone who understands dialogue-heavy educational content and can consistently deliver clean audio for long-format course recordings.

Key Responsibilities:

Audio Editing & Cleanup:  Edit and clean audio for full course modules and lesson videos. Expertly remove background noise, wind, hum, echo, and unwanted field disturbances.
Mixing & Processing:  Balance voice levels and ensure consistent audio quality across all lessons. Apply EQ, compression, and other processing techniques to improve voice clarity.
Editor Collaboration & Syncing:  Work closely with the video editing team to sync and align audio with video where required.
Broad Scope Execution:  Adapt your workflow to handle both long-form educational courses and fast-paced social media videos.
Systems & Operations:  Deliver final audio exports as per defined formats and delivery standards. Maintain organized project files and follow defined file structures and workflows.

Qualifications:

Experience:

2-5 years of professional experience in audio editing or audio post-production.
Technical Knowledge:  Strong understanding of voice processing, noise reduction, EQ, and compression. Experience working with dialogue-heavy content such as courses, podcasts, interviews, or educational videos.
Tools:  Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Audition, Pro Tools, Logic Pro, or similar audio software (experience with noise reduction plugins is highly preferred).
Language:  Fluency in Hindi is required to understand the dialogue and pacing of the farming courses.
Execution Mindset:  Strong attention to detail, consistency across long-form content, and the ability to work independently to deliver within defined timelines.
