We’re looking for a Video Producer & Editor who can take projects from concept to completion — from behind-the-camera production to polished, platform-ready content.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in video production, shooting, editing, and post-production, along with a creative eye for crafting engaging visual stories across digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute video shoots, including camera operation, lighting, and audio setup.
Manage end-to-end video production, from pre-production planning to final delivery.
Edit videos using Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro (FCPX), or DaVinci Resolve.
Handle colour correction, colour grading, sound mixing, and basic motion graphics using Adobe After Effects.
Create and adapt video content for multiple formats, including 16:9, 9:16, and 1:1.
Collaborate with creative and content teams to bring concepts and ideas to life.
Ensure high-quality output while meeting project timelines and delivery requirements.
Qualifications
3–5 years of hands-on experience in video production and editing.
A strong portfolio or showreel demonstrating production and post-production capabilities.
Experience managing projects from shoot planning to final output.
Required Skills
Strong understanding of camera operation, lighting, audio, and visual storytelling.
Proficiency in industry-standard video editing software.
Knowledge of colour correction, colour grading, sound mixing, and basic motion graphics.
A creative eye, attention to detail, and a strong sense of visual aesthetics.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work within deadlines.
Strong collaboration and communication skills.
Preferred Skills
Experience creating content for digital platforms and social media.
Familiarity with different video formats, aspect ratios, and platform-specific requirements.
Basic knowledge of motion graphics and animation.
Pay Range & Compensation Package
