- Experience:
4+ year
- Must have:
Travel industry background (Eg: MMT, Goibibo, etc) and abandoned cart recovery experience
- Relevant backgrounds:
Outbound Calling, Tele-Sales, Inside Sales, Customer Retention or Customer Success
- Budget / CTC: ₹8 - 10 LPA (Fixed)
- This is primarily a B2C role, involving outbound calls to customers who abandoned their purchase journey, understanding objections and assisting them toward conversion.
- Strong persuasion, objection handling, rapport-building and customer engagement skills are essential.
- Candidates should be comfortable working with contact, productivity and conversion targets.
- E-commerce/digital commerce and Salesforce/CRM experience will be preferred.
Common Role Details
- Working Schedule / Shift Timings: 9-hour shift; timings are flexible—10:00 AM–7:00 PM
- Work Model:
Work From Office (WFO) | 5 days a week
