The Role

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented Customer Support Executive with 1-3 years of experience in handling customer queries, complaint resolution, and customer relationship management. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and the ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle customer inquiries via calls, emails, chat, and other support channels.
Resolve customer complaints and provide timely solutions.
Maintain records of customer interactions, feedback, and issue resolution.
Coordinate with internal departments for quick closure of customer concerns.
Provide accurate information regarding products, services, orders, and policies.
Track open cases and ensure closure within defined timelines (SLA).
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and improve experience.
Escalate unresolved concerns appropriately.
Prepare customer support reports and maintain service quality standards.
Contribute ideas to improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Candidate Requirements
Graduate in any discipline.
1-3 years of experience in Customer Support / Customer Service / Customer Success / Call Center operations.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Experience in handling customer complaints and query resolution.
Working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, and CRM tools.
Good coordination, follow-up, and multitasking skills.
Customer-first approach and problem-solving mindset.

Salary Upto - 3 LPA
