About The Opportunity

We are hiring a competent BDS-qualified General Dentist to join a busy, patient-focused dental practice in Patel Nagar, Delhi. The role is fully on-site and ideal for a clinically strong dentist who delivers evidence-based care, manages routine to moderately complex procedures, and contributes to a high-quality, hygienic clinical environment.

Role & Responsibilities

Deliver comprehensive general dentistry services including restorative procedures, endodontic treatments (RCT), extractions, and non-surgical oral care.
Perform and interpret intraoral radiographs and OPGs to inform diagnosis and treatment planning.
Administer local anesthesia safely and manage pain control during procedures.
Maintain accurate clinical records, prepare treatment plans, and communicate options and costs to patients clearly.
Follow strict infection control, sterilization protocols and chairside safety standards to ensure patient and staff safety.
Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and front-desk staff to deliver seamless patient care and support clinic growth.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have

BDS degree and current registration with Dental Council of India (or relevant State Dental Council).
Proven clinical competence in restorative dentistry and endodontics.
Experience performing extractions and routine oral surgery procedures.
Proficiency in dental radiography acquisition and interpretation (IOPA, OPG).
Demonstrated adherence to infection control and sterilization protocols.
Strong patient assessment, treatment planning and record-keeping skills.

Preferred

Experience with pediatric dentistry or prosthodontic procedures.
Familiarity with dental practice management software (e.g., Practo, Dentrix).
Additional certifications or short courses in endodontics, cosmetic dentistry, or infection control.
