About the Role
The Clinical Support Specialist is responsible for providing clinical assistance to dentists and orthodontists throughout the clear aligner treatment process. The role involves reviewing treatment plans, resolving clinical queries, coordinating with the digital treatment planning team, and ensuring an excellent customer experience through timely and accurate clinical support.
Key Responsibilities
Provide clinical support to dentists regarding clear aligner treatment planning.
Review intraoral scans, photographs, X-rays, and patient records for treatment readiness.
Coordinate with the Digital Treatment Planning (DTP) team to ensure clinically acceptable treatment plans.
Address clinical queries from doctors through In-Person Meetings .
Daily Basis you need to meet the Doctor .
Assist clinicians in understanding treatment simulations and aligner protocols.
Ensure treatment plans comply with company clinical guidelines and quality standards.
Maintain detailed documentation of clinical communications and case updates.
Coordinate with sales and customer support teams to resolve customer concerns.
Conduct online and offline clinical training sessions for dentists and internal teams.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in orthodontics and clear aligner technology.
Support product launches, clinical workshops, webinars, and educational programs.
Required Skills
Strong understanding of orthodontic diagnosis and treatment planning.
Knowledge of clear aligner therapy and digital workflows.
Ability to interpret intraoral scans, radiographs, and treatment simulations.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Customer-focused approach with attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/ERP systems.
Ability to manage multiple clinical cases simultaneously.
Preferred Skills
Experience with digital treatment planning software.
Familiarity with intraoral scanners and CAD/CAM workflows.
Training or presentation experience.
Experience working with dental laboratories or aligner companies.

Timely resolution of clinical queries.
Treatment plan approval turnaround time.

Compensation
Salary - 5-6 LPA + allowances + incentives .
