We are looking for an Interior Designer / Interior Architect with 3–5 years of strong experience in technical detailing and GFC drawings to work on premium residential and luxury interior projects.
This role is primarily focused on construction documentation, detailing and coordination , rather than only concept design or 3D visualization.
Key Responsibilities Prepare complete GFC (Good for Construction) drawing sets
Develop detailed plans, elevations, sections and construction details
Prepare detailed drawings for wall paneling, custom furniture, joinery, wardrobes, TV units, false ceilings, flooring, kitchens, vanities, doors, metal, glass, stone and veneer details
Convert Sketch Up models, renders, presentations and design concepts into technically accurate, site-executable drawings
Prepare enlarged details for junctions, profiles, trims, grooves and material transitions
Coordinate interiors with lighting, electrical, HVAC and other services
Identify clashes and execution issues before drawings are released to site
Incorporate design and site comments efficiently
Maintain proper drawing standards, dimensions, numbering and revisions
Ensure drawings retain the original design intent, proportions and material language
Required Skills 3–5 years of relevant interior detailing / GFC experience
Strong command of AutoCAD – Mandatory
Good working knowledge of Sketch Up
Strong understanding of interior construction and site execution
Experience in detailed joinery and furniture drawings
Good knowledge of materials such as veneer, laminate, marble, stone, metal, glass, upholstery and gypsum
Strong attention to dimensions, alignments, junctions and finishing details
Ability to independently take ownership of an area and complete its drawing package
Good coordination and communication skills
Preferred Background Candidates with experience in luxury residences, premium apartments, villas, hospitality or high-end interior design studios will be preferred.

Furniture Plan | Flooring Plan | RCP | Lighting Coordination | Wall Elevations | Sections | Joinery Details | Construction Details | Material References | Finish Schedules
We are looking for someone who is technically strong, detail-oriented and capable of producing accurate, coordinated drawings with minimum supervision and minimum rework.
