About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated

Consultant Physician

to join our Telemedicine team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality medical consultations to patients through telehealth platforms, ensuring accurate diagnosis, timely advice, and compassionate care.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct virtual medical consultations via phone, video, or chat.
Diagnose and treat a range of primary care and general medical conditions.
Review medical histories, symptoms, and reports to provide accurate clinical advice.
Recommend tests, medications, and treatments as per guidelines.
Maintain detailed and accurate patient records in the system.
Escalate cases requiring in-person consultation or emergency care.
Collaborate with internal clinical teams for patient care coordination.
Ensure adherence to all telemedicine protocols, clinical governance, and regulatory guidelines.
Work in rotational shifts to support 24/7 operations.

Required Qualifications & Skills
MBBS degree

from a recognized institution (mandatory).
Valid medical registration/license.
Minimum 1–3 years of clinical experience preferred (telemedicine experience is a plus).
Strong diagnostic and clinical decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and patient-interaction abilities.
Comfortable with technology, digital tools, and electronic medical records.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, 24/7 environment.
