Regional Manager
About the Role
The Assistant Manager – Outreach will be responsible for building awareness and interest in foreign university programs and campuses in India through structured outreach to schools, colleges, educational institutions, and independent education counsellors.
Responsibilities
- School & Institution Outreach:
Conduct regular outreach to schools, junior colleges, and educational institutions to promote foreign university programmes; build and maintain strong relationships with school principals, career counsellors, and teachers; organize and deliver online and F2F- school presentations, information sessions for students and parents.
- Counsellor & Advisor Engagement:
Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with independent education counsellors and advisors; conduct training and briefing sessions for counsellors on foreign university offerings, admission process, entry requirements and timelines, act as the primary point of contact for counsellors for queries and updates.
- Awareness & Promotion:
Promote awareness of foreign universities, programs, and India-based campuses; support marketing initiatives such as Education fairs, workshops and seminars, webinars and open houses; distribute and explain promotional materials to stakeholders.
- Pipeline & Lead Management:
Generate student leads through outreach activities; maintain and update databases of schools, counsellors, and prospective students; track outreach outcomes and prepare regular reports on engagement and conversions.
- Coordination & Reporting:
Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, admissions, academics) to align outreach efforts; provide market feedback from schools and counsellors to inform strategy; prepare visit reports, activity summaries, and performance updates.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in any field.
- 2-4 years of experience in school outreach; student recruitment; education sales or counselling.
- Experience working with international universities or study-abroad organizations preferred.

- Relationship management and networking skills.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
Preferred Skills
- Existing network with schools and counsellors.
- Knowledge of foreign education sector.
- Ability to engage effectively with students, parents, and educators.
- Multilingual abilities (regional languages).
