collaborate with class teachers to adapt lesson plans and teaching strategies for inclusive classrooms.
monitor student progress and maintain detailed records of assessments, goals, and achievements.
conduct regular parent meetings to discuss student progress and provide strategies for home support.
stay updated with current research, methodologies, and best practices in special education.
Essential Skills &

Qualification:

Master’s degree in special education/

B.ed in special education/ Diploma is special education from a recognized institute. Degree in Psychology would be an advantage
Must hold a valid RCI Certification
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Special Educator
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Patience, empathy, and creativity in teaching
