Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for an Operations Executive specializing in study abroad programs. The Operations Executive will oversee and manage the student application process, provide one-on-one counseling to students, assist with preparing documentation, and coordinate visa-related activities. The role also involves maintaining effective communication with stakeholders, including universities and students, to ensure a smooth and efficient process.
Qualifications
Proficiency in student counseling and excellent interpersonal communication skills
Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and experience with documentation and administrative tasks
Knowledge and understanding of university application processes and international visa requirements
Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office, email communication platforms, and project management software
Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage multiple tasks efficiently
Prior experience in the education or study abroad industry is a significant advantage
Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field or equivalent professional experience
Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages (especially Hindi or Malayalam) is a plus
