Study Abroad Counsellor

Apply Radar helps students study abroad affordably. We partner with universities in Malaysia and Singapore to offer world-class degrees, with study pathways to the UK, Australia, and the USA.
We are looking for a Study Abroad Counsellor who can guide students and parents end-to-end, from first enquiry to enrolment. You should be student-first, detail-focused, and confident working towards targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise students and parents on study options in Malaysia and Singapore, including pathway routes to the UK, Australia, and the USA

• Assess student profiles and recommend suitable universities, programmes, and scholarship options

• Support the full admissions journey, documentation checks, application submission, offer management, and acceptance

• Follow up consistently via Whats App, email, and calls to keep students on track

• Meet monthly and quarterly enrolment and revenue targets

• Maintain accurate lead records, follow-ups, and conversion updates in CRM

• Stay updated on admission timelines, requirements, and market trends

• Build trust with students, parents, and partner institutions to drive referrals and repeat enquiries
Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of experience in study abroad or overseas education counselling

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline

• Good understanding of study abroad processes, timelines, and documentation

• Strong communication skills in English, Hindi is essential. Additional languages are a plus

• Strong counselling, relationship-building, and closing skills
