Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Education Counselor based in Jaipur. The Education Counselor will focus on guiding students through academic and career decision-making processes. Daily responsibilities include providing educational consulting, offering personalized student counseling, facilitating career counseling sessions, and recommending appropriate educational opportunities that align with individual goals. The counselor will be a trusted advisor, helping students make informed choices about their future academic and career trajectories while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.

Qualifications

Proven skills in Educational Consulting and student-focused services
Experience in Student Counseling and Career Counseling
Strong Communication skills to effectively interact with students and stakeholders
In-depth knowledge of the Education sector
Empathy, patience, and active listening abilities
Ability to mentor and motivate students toward achieving their educational and career aspirations
Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
Familiarity with career trends, academic programs, and education pathways is an advantage
