Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented  Admission Counselor  with strong expertise in  MBBS admissions abroad , particularly in  Russia, Georgia, Kazakhstan, and Uzbekistan . The ideal candidate should be capable of counseling students and parents, managing end-to-end admission processes, and achieving enrollment targets.

Key Responsibilities
Counsel students and parents about  MBBS abroad programs , eligibility, fees, universities, and career prospects
Provide detailed guidance on  countries, universities, admission procedures, documentation, and timelines
Handle the  complete admission process : application, offer letter, admission confirmation, and enrolment
Coordinate with  foreign universities and official representatives
Assist students with  visa documentation , interview preparation, and pre-departure formalities
Maintain accurate student records and follow-ups in CRM or internal systems
Achieve  monthly and quarterly admission targets
Conduct  seminars, webinars, and walk-in counselling sessions
Stay updated with  MBBS regulations, NMC guidelines, and university updates
Support students' post-admission till departure

Required

Skills & Qualifications
Minimum  3–4 years of experience  in  MBBS Abroad counseling
Strong knowledge of  Russia, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan MBBS universities
Experience in  handling student leads and conversions
Ability to work with  targets and deadlines
Good understanding of  visa processes and documentation
Proficient in MS Office / CRM tools
Preferred Candidate Profile
Prior experience in a  study abroad consultancy
Proven track record in  MBBS admissions
Self-motivated, confident, and student-centric approach
Ability to handle pressure during peak admission seasons
