Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Sr. Learning and Development Specialist. The candidate will design, implement, and oversee training and development initiatives to enhance the skills of both employees and clients. Responsibilities include delivering impactful learning sessions, developing instructional materials, managing learning management systems, providing coaching to individuals and teams, and effectively communicating with stakeholders to ensure the success of programs.
The Specialist will play a critical role in fostering professional growth and building a culture of continuous learning.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Training & Development practices, including the ability to design, deliver, and evaluate training programs.
Experience in Learning Management and Instructional Design to create engaging and practical learning experiences.
Strong Communication and Coaching skills to effectively mentor and guide individuals and teams.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving measurable outcomes.
Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Education, Human Resources, or related fields; relevant certifications are a strong plus.
Prior experience in analytics, data management, or a technology-driven environment is an advantage.
Passion for fostering professional development and building impactful training strategies.
