Job Title:

Senior Admission Counsellor
We are seeking a confident, target-driven, and student-focused  Admission Counsellor  to lead the admissions process, manage high-quality counselling, and drive enrolment conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the complete counselling and admission cycle from enquiry to enrolment, ensuring consistent follow-through at every stage.
Prioritize and execute daily tasks efficiently, maintaining accuracy in lead handling, documentation, and follow-ups.
Resolve parent/student concerns with sound judgement, providing clear guidance and admission-related support.
Liaise with academic, marketing, and operations teams to ensure smooth coordination and timely completion of all admission activities.

Qualifications & Skills:

Graduate/Postgraduate with experience in admissions or counselling.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and parent-handling abilities.
Ability to work independently with good follow-up skills and basic CRM/MS Office knowledge.

Preferred Experience:

2–4 years in school/college admissions, counselling, or front-facing parent interaction roles. (Mandatory)
Compensation:
Upto 30k based on relevant experience, qualifications, and performance in the selection process.
