Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Learning Consultant role based in Delhi, OH. The Learning Consultant will work closely with clients to understand their learning needs and provide tailored educational solutions. Responsibilities include designing and delivering customized training programs, facilitating workshops, and assessing their effectiveness. The role will also involve collaborating with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals and assisting learners throughout their training journey.
Qualifications
Experience in designing and customizing training programs to meet diverse learning needs
Strong facilitation and coaching skills, with the ability to effectively lead workshops and training sessions
Ability to analyze and evaluate program effectiveness and provide data-driven recommendations
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including preparation of learning materials
Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms to deliver training content
Strong organizational and project management skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
A passion for education with a growth mindset and a commitment to learner success
Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Learning and Development, or a related field
Experience in a similar role, preferably in a professional training or educational environment, will be a plus
