Telugu Educator

Airlearn is seeking a highly skilled and motivated  Telugu Educator  for our English to Telugu Content division. This role involves creating high-quality educational content, leading a small team, and providing strategic direction to ensure our language learning app meets the needs of learners in the  US market . The ideal candidate will possess a strong command of both Telugu and English, experience in content creation within the language learning sector, and the leadership skills necessary to mentor a subject matter expert.

Key Responsibilities
Design and develop engaging  English to Telugu  language learning content tailored to the needs of learners in the  US market .
Collaborate with the Content Head and other team members to ensure a cohesive and comprehensive curriculum.
Utilize feedback and data analytics to refine and optimize content for maximum engagement and effectiveness.
Stay updated with the latest trends in language education to innovate and continuously improve our content offering.

Qualifications
Proficiency in Telugu and strong English communication skills.
Proven track record of creating compelling content for language learning, preferably with experience working for language learning platforms.
Demonstrated leadership ability with experience in team collaboration and mentorship.
Strong understanding of curriculum development and educational content strategy.
Creative thinker with a data-driven approach to content creation and optimization.
Bachelor’s degree in English, Telugu, Education, Linguistics, or a related field is preferred.
