Admission Counsellor

Position – Senior Executive / Assistant Manager (Admission Counsellor)

Location – Vaishali, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh

(Immediate joiners will be preferred)

Job description:

- Manage inbound and outbound calls from prospective students and parents.

- Handle queries from both online and offline channels, ensuring admissions align with business targets for each admission cycle and the financial year.

- Provide effective counseling to students and parents, guiding them toward suitable courses based on interest and aptitude.

- Maintain in-depth knowledge of courses and the admission process, and communicate clearly with prospects.

- Conduct student profiling and recommend appropriate programs aligned with institute offerings.

- Ensure regular follow-ups with leads and update the enquiry list with timely remarks to maximize conversions.

- Organize and conduct center tours for prospective students and parents.

- Act as the first point of contact for student and parent grievances, resolving or escalating issues as necessary.

- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve student-related concerns effectively.

- Provide advance information regarding fee collection, follow up regularly, and notify the authorized representative in case of payment defaults.

- Maintain accurate records of enrolled students, ensuring complete documentation and proper filing.

- Identify reasons for student dropouts and take proactive steps to improve retention.

- Assist in planning and executing marketing and outreach events for lead generation and institute promotion.

- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports, along with other required documentation, within agreed timelines.
