Position: Manager Premium Services (Oxbridge and Ivy League)

Leads a team of six Principal Consultants specializing in Oxbridge, Ivy League, Medicine, and top North American universities, serving high-potential students from across India.

Accountabilities

- Lead, mentor and manage the Premium Services counselling team, & drive very high standard collaboration with Branch network ensuring service excellence for students targeting Ivy League, Oxbridge, Medicine, and prestigious North American institutions.
- Activation of in-branch, in-college and virtual events
- Delivery of paid counselling services in relevant area of expertise, engaging in-depth with individual students
- Develop, implement, and continuously refine specialized product offerings for each premium admissions segment in collaboration with marketing & Branch Network.
- Accountable for designing and executing targeted campaigns, events, workshops, and seminars that promote premium offerings to relevant student and parent audiences.
- Oversee all aspects of high-value student journeys—from profiling, admissions strategy, documentation, test prep guidance, and interview coaching, to application completion.
- Ensure compliance with admission deadlines, regulatory requirements, and quality standards throughout all premium processes.
- Monitor team performance, student progress, and conversion rates—analyze data to drive improvements and report outcomes and insights to senior leadership.
- Resolve high-stakes or complex student queries and issues, acting as the escalation point for premium admissions cases.

Responsibilities

- Work closely with the Branch Network (Area/Regional managers) to ensure seamless support and optimize the premium counselling funnel nationwide.
- Ensure Counselling team members are trained to do initial counselling of the prospective students looking for premium colleges
- Direct team members to organize and participate in both virtual and in-person events, building the Premium Services brand and nurturing key relationships.
- Maintain relationships with top university representatives, admission tutors, and external partners to deepen institutional links and enrich student opportunities.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree required;
Master’s preferred (management, education, or related field).

Experience:

At least 10 years of experience in international admissions advising, higher education consulting, or premium student services, including experience with Oxbridge/Ivy League/Medicine/North America markets.

- Design & Execution of Events & Training Calendar
- Ensure all Counselling teams are fully trained & ensure Growth & upskilling of team
