Role Description

We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Admissions Counsellor for full-time, on-site positions in New Delhi. The Counsellor will provide career guidance, admissions counseling, and application support for students aspiring to study in the USA, UK, Europe, Australia, and Canada.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions with students and parents.

• Analyze student academic backgrounds and career aspirations to recommend suitable universities and programs.

• Develop personalized counseling strategies and roadmaps for admissions.

• Guide students through the entire application lifecycle – from profile building, SOPs, and essays to application submissions and visa guidance.

• Manage a high-volume pipeline with a focus on 'bottom-of-funnel' conversion.

• Stay updated on admissions trends, scholarships, and visa processes for USA, UK, Europe, Australia, and Canada.

Salary no bar for deserving candidates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Counseling, Education, Psychology, Business or related fields.

• Prior experience in study-abroad counseling, career guidance, or admissions consulting preferred.

• Familiarity with standardized tests (GRE, GMAT, SAT, TOEFL, IELTS, Duolingo) is an added advantage.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

• Knowledge of international education systems (USA, UK, Europe, Australia, Canada) is highly desirable.
