Role Overview
We are seeking passionate and student-centric Academic Counsellors to join our Defence Wallah Offline Centres. The role involves guiding defence aspirants and their parents, understanding their career aspirations, and helping them choose the right preparation path aligned with Defence examination requirements.
Key Responsibilities
• Counsel students and parents regarding Defence exams including NDA, CDS, AFCAT, CAPF, and other entries
• Explain course structures, eligibility criteria, selection processes, and career opportunities
• Handle walk-in inquiries, telephonic leads, and digital enquiries
• Maintain regular follow-ups and ensure timely conversions
• Achieve monthly admission targets while maintaining high counselling quality
• Maintain accurate student data, CRM updates, and admission documentation
• Coordinate with academic, operations, and marketing teams at the centre
• Ensure a disciplined, aspirant-friendly counselling environment
Eligibility & Preferred Profile
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Defence counselling or education counselling
• Strong understanding of Defence examinations and career pathways
• Excellent communication, listening, and convincing skills
• Prior experience in offline coaching institutes preferred
• Result-oriented mindset with a strong student-first approach
