Role Description

This is a full-time teaching role based on-site in Delhi, India. The teacher will be responsible for designing lesson plans, delivering engaging and effective lessons, and assessing student performance regularly. Day-to-day tasks include facilitating classroom discussions, addressing different learning needs, managing classroom behavior, and fostering a positive learning environment. The teacher will also collaborate with colleagues and participate in professional development opportunities to continuously improve teaching practices.

Qualifications

Strong proficiency in Lesson Planning and Teaching to deliver effective and engaging classroom instruction
Solid background in Education and Training to facilitate the academic and personal development of students
Excellent Communication skills to interact effectively with students, colleagues, and parents
Ability to inspire and motivate students while maintaining classroom discipline
Experience in adapting teaching methods to cater to diverse learning styles
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education or a related field
Teaching certification or relevant professional qualification is preferred
Previous teaching experience in a classroom setting is an asset
