Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Overseas Education Counselor at our Vishakhapatnam location. The role involves providing personalized counseling to students regarding education opportunities abroad, assisting in career planning, and guiding students through the application processes. The counselor will also build and maintain relationships with students, parents, and partner institutions to ensure a seamless and informative experience. We're looking for passionate candidates with strong English skills and 1-2 years minimum experience working with European or Australasia destinations.
Ability to learn quickly, research and adapt in a dynamic work environment along with basic sales skills is highly preferred.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Educational Consulting and Student Counseling
Strong skills in Communication and Career Counseling
A background in Education and an understanding of international academic systems is preferred.
Ability to assess individual student needs and recommend appropriate programs
Excellent interpersonal skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
Bachelor's degree or higher in Education, Counseling, or a related field
Familiarity with visa processes and admission procedures is a plus
CTC will be commensurate with experience and ability.
