Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time Academic Counsellor role located in New Delhi. The Academic Counsellor will guide students in selecting appropriate educational and career paths aligned with their skills, interests, and goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include providing personalized academic advising, conducting career counseling sessions, addressing student inquiries, supporting enrollment processes, and offering ongoing encouragement and support in their educational journeys.

Qualifications

Strong expertise in Student Counseling, Career Counseling, and Academic Advising
Excellent Communication skills to effectively guide and support students
A background in Education with the ability to understand academic needs and goals
Proficiency in interpersonal skills to build rapport with students and provide tailored guidance
Empathetic and approachable, with the ability to motivate and inspire learners
Experience in working with students from diverse educational backgrounds is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or related fields is highly desirable
