Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Admission Counsellor located in Patel Nagar. The Admission Counsellor will engage with prospective students and guide them through academic program choices. Responsibilities include providing personalized career counselling, assisting students in the application process, maintaining accurate records, meeting enrolment targets, and building strong relationships with learners. The role requires regular interaction with both students and partner universities to ensure smooth enrollment processes.
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students and resolve queries effectively.
Skills in counselling, guidance, or advisory roles, with an understanding of university admissions processes.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools for maintaining accurate student records and handling data effectively.
Time management and organizational abilities to handle multiple student cases simultaneously and meet deadlines.
A proactive attitude, customer-focused approach, and teamwork skills.
Previous experience in education counselling or similar roles is a plus.
A bachelor's or master's degree in any discipline is required, with preferences for backgrounds in Education, Psychology, or Counselling.
