Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India, for an Education Counselor.

The Education Counselor is responsible for providing expert guidance and assistance to students seeking educational opportunities abroad. Day-to-day tasks include counseling students, understanding their educational aspirations, recommending appropriate courses and institutions, and guiding them through the admission and visa application processes. The Education Counselor will maintain continuous communication with clients and ensure a smooth experience throughout the counseling and application journey.

Proficiency in Educational Consulting and Student Counseling
Strong skills in Career Counseling and a deep understanding of the education sector
Excellent Communication skills for interacting with clients and building trust
Knowledge of visa processes and international education systems, particularly in countries like Canada and Australia
Ability to manage multiple clients and provide personalized support throughout the application process
Bachelor's degree in Education, Communication, Counseling, or a related field is preferred
